"Arts Buddies 2019" was an arts education programme jointly organised by the Education Bureau, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hong Kong Arts Development Council, the Academic Community Hall of Hong Kong Baptist University and the Office of the Arts Administrator of Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Through an array of arts activities, such as day camp, arts appreciation trainings, conservation and curatorial workshops and visits to local artists' studios, the programme aims to enhance students' knowledge in arts appreciation and promotion. By creating an interactive arts learning environment for university and secondary school students, the programme hopes to support students in their lifelong learning in arts and cultivate their interests in serving the community.

The five-month programme was completed with the finale held on 4 May 2019 at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. Different prizes were presented to outstanding students.
