 Rehearsal 

  • - All arts ambassadors must arrive on time and admit by ticket.

 

15:00-15:45

Recognition and Oath-taking Ceremony 

 

  • Appreciate arts performances
  • Oath-taking Ceremony

 

16:00-18:00

Arts Ambassadors-in-School Carnival (Primary and Special Schools Divisions)

 

  • Diversified activities include:
    - Arts Workshops, Creative Arts Booths, Arts Experience Booths, Arts Mentoring Classes and Exhibition of Arts Ambassadors’ works

 

Remarks: To shorten the queuing time, arts ambassadors from special schools could register for “fast passes” for interested activities.

Remarks

  • The deadline of registration is 30 June 2017;
  • All participants must be Arts Ambassadors of the 9th edition of AAiSS; 
  • If registrations exceed maximum quota, the Administration Office would decide on lottery drawing basis;
  • The Administration Office would confirm the acceptance of registration via email, please kindly pay attention to the notification;
  • All activities will be conducted in Cantonese;

  • The Hong Kong Arts Development Council would reserve the right to amend or to supplement or to cancel any of the activities.
